@leocg
I checked opera://sync-internals/ , but I don't see any problems. Not sure if I could identify a problem if a saw one.
Also tried login off and in again.
Not sure if I can do anything else than manually opening and saving over 10k bookmarks... -

Why do not my bookmarks appear then? I wanted it to appear from these image devices down, on them are all my bookmarks, unfortunately my devices are no longer available. Do I have a chance that the Opera server will still download my bookmarks? Please help me.

The problem still continues. It seems to synchronize, but the bookmarks are empty.

@gunmetalorb73
Looks like it's not possible right now. We need a clarification.

I simply did a new installation of Windows 10 and typed in my passwords and nothing else came out of my bookmarks. Nothing appears, nothing.

Is there a problem for having Windows 10 Pro and installing Windows 10 Home, is this what my bookmarks did not come up with?

As far as I can observe, there's not only me with that issue.
I reinstalled Windows 10 1803 and freshly installed Opera doesn't sync any bookmarks despite successful log into my account. Also there is no any Speed Dials synced but History is synced. So we have partly broken sync.Web version at sync.opera.com/web shows there's all my data so it's not lost. But by some reason it's not delivered anymore on any NEW devices.
I have also Android phone enabled to account. It can see synced tabs on my desktop, it can see my bookmarks as it was always before but it CAN'T see Speed Dial of this freshly installed Opera. Only previous Speed Dials before Windows reinstallation.
I checked what if log in on another Android Device: as a result, bookmarks sync also doesn't work - shows empty. So, issue persists across devices. -

I had to reinstall Win10 and after I've done the usual thing, I've installed back Opera, logged in and dumb browser failed to synchronize ANY of my bookmarks. Luckily I have more systems so I was able to manually export hundreds of bookmarks, otherwise this stupid thing would lost them all. What the hell did you ppl do to the synchronization system? If I lost all those bookmarks I'd be fucking furious.

I don't use Sync as I don't trust it to not to mess things up. But, before wiping out an Opera profile, I might take a look at sync.opera.com to see if it looks like all my bookmarks are there.

@burnout426 All my bookmarks are doubled on the server. WTF. I had to clear them and resync, hopefully it'll be fine now. So stupid and annoying. And it just did it out of the blue for no reason. Wasted 2 hours for this nonsense... Eh.

Checked for opera://sync-internals/ there is no error message, logged out and logged in again, erased all opera local data and settings, then logged in again. Nothing happend.
@leocg is that only you in here or any dev will look for our problem? Because it is an important problem.
Windows - DeepinOS -> OS independent bug and about bootmarks, passwords and so on..

Confirmed. Same issue after Win10 reinstallation - no bookmarks/speeddial sync and doubled folders. Any newly made bookmark now gets into that second folder and since they and rest ones were empty - there's nothing to synchronize as if you started just from scratch, despite you already have your data in cloud.
This way, sync is broken for all devices - Opera for Android gets nothing synced as well. It's obviously server related problem.
