Where sync button

Hi this seems silly but I can't find the answer all!

How do I know I sync correctly? Can I start it myself? Where is the button?

There never was a sync button. You click on the Opera icon on the bottom right and login to start syncing.

Or in tablet mode, on the "hamburger" menu to the left of the address bar. If you are logged in, the menu says "Signed in as {username}".
