Opening new tabs in speed dial

Hello,
What do you think of adding a feature allowing to open news, etc. in speed dial in new tabs? That way I would not have to come back to beginning of that interest page.

I'm not able to open new tabs on my new Samsung phone. How do we open new tab on opera phone?

@nooxm123 There is no Opera phone but in Opera for Android you click on the tab icon and then on +.
