We are happy to announce the release of Opera for Android 47 (47.1.2249.129326).
As I’ve promised in the previous post, we’ve fixed the password saving feature and have added many more password related improvements. Besides the password feature, your online mobile shopping experience will be better in this version. Now you can save credit cards and addresses in the browser.Change log for this version:

- Synchronization: Import all SD and Remove connected devices options

- Password manager in Settings
- Improved password saving
- Autofill support for addresses and credit cards
- Automatically generated password suggestion

@miyukiwork - Another update and once again no bar with information about the fact that the site is already added to your favorite bookmarks - and in the computer version the feature has been available for a long time

Thanks for your feedback! If you are referring to the favorite indicator in the addressbar like in Desktop Opera, it's under design experimentation. A long time ago, we actually had this feature in the address bar (as a star. Anyone remembers?
) but there were a lot of UI challenges and bugs. -

Upgrading from Opera 46 to 47 signed me out of sync. I don't recall this happening with previous upgrades. Not a big deal but not very user friendly.

The double-touch zoom page jumps error is not corrected during text wrapping. When selecting a popup menu, there is also 2x search option, paste / copy / copy appears (eg Opera search / search / copy / share ->). Much better was this feature than old version, Search / Paste / Copy / Translation -> Share, etc. -

Cool, now I'm signed out of opera sync and it refuses to accept my 100% accurate password no matter how many times I try. The same password that works to login to my account in the browser or so I can post here. Phenomenal update experience.

Is your sync account connected to Social network service (FB, Google, Twitter, or VK) ? Can you follow the steps here? https://help.opera.com/en/ofa/sync-explanation-for-social-login-users/

I am writing an update about how to fix bugs in Opera Beta 47 forum.
There have already been 3 updates since it was said to have been fixed but has not been fixed since then. -

Thanks for your feedback. In what way password sync does not work? Between mobile and desktop or mobile and mobile? Also all sites or only some sites? -

@miyukiwork Hi Miyuki! Great improvements. There is one more thing which should be considered in the future releases, a setting which allows to hide the status bar of android, that would be very appreciated by AMOLED device owners.
