i mb stupid, so correct me if i wrong

i reseting my sync data- it wil remove everything from servers
where will my data be saved?

@kabanetto A new synchronization will start and your current data will be on the servers when it ends.

for this moment i have only one device(my home PC), and i reinstalled my browser, after opera start bad working.
so i have none of my data on my pc, and if i reset cync data it won't exist anymore

as you can see opera kept my data, but don't add it to my browser
so it's kind an error

I see the warning, but not an error message.

I suggest to try to Sync on a Portable version - Installer options - using the Dev Stable or Beta - until some of them works, then back up the data and reset Sync.

yeah, when it asked me what do i want to sync i removed all marks exept bookmarks and passwords
earlier i choosed every mark, including history, settings and opened pages

@kabanetto You copy the (related) data in %appdata% to a safe place. This is valid for any program installed on recent versions of Windows.

Regarding passwords, you should export them because since they are encrypted using your OS login credentials, if you change the OS, you will not be able to use your saved passwords.

About the Passwords, as said, back them up - Flags options -.

And as suggestion,
despite the OSync and csv files, I recommend to use a Password Manager and "its" browser extensions.
