<![CDATA[Opera sync]]>Opera synchronization don't work.
It has begun at sunday.
Tried to reinstall browser, thats not helping.
Checked https://sync.opera.com/web/
Sometimes it shows number of my devices, password and bookmarks; sometimes don't. Bot still, it doesn't add it to my browser.
How can i solve this problem?

About the Passwords, as said, back them up - Flags options -.

And as suggestion,
despite the OSync and csv files, I recommend to use a Password Manager and "its" browser extensions.

This is valid for any program installed on recent versions of Windows.

Regarding passwords, you should export them because since they are encrypted using your OS login credentials, if you change the OS, you will not be able to use your saved passwords.

yeah, when it asked me what do i want to sync i removed all marks exept bookmarks and passwords
earlier i choosed every mark, including history, settings and opened pages

I suggest to try to Sync on a Portable version - Installer options - using the Dev Stable or Beta - until some of them works, then back up the data and reset Sync.
