quick access to page setting cookies, Java,flash etc, like chrome!

i used to use google chrome as a main browser , but now using opera as main browser , i am searching for quick access to page setting like cookies ,java,flash etc! like google chrome (when you click top on secure or not secure)- so you can customize and disable what you want easy ! in opera when you click on that it shows only details .

So far. Developer is two versions ahead, for testing new features. When Stable gets to version 55, it'll be in Stable.
