Did you agree to the terms of service? Strikes me this might be similar to the forum update where they had to get all the Europeans to agree to the updated TOS due to that new privacy law, so they just had everyone do it.

Woo hoo!! It all of the sudden worked for me last night. I no longer get the message and I just submitted my addon for moderation. Thank you for fixing!! Does it work for anyone else now?
