Hello, I have a problem. So, after restarting Opera, it looks like run it for the first time. For example, adblock is not turned on, every addition is removable, I see every tip, how use Opera. What is funny, history or download files do have not been removed. I can't change a walltape in Opera, becouse if i do it and ther restart Opera, I see old walltape.

      How to fix it.

I am not speak english well, so I am sorry if something is incomprehensible

Sounds like your profile folder or just your settings file has been set to require administrator access, and therefore when Opera is run as a normal user it is unable to save changes. Is this a USB/portable install perhaps?

@apap You can download Opera portable from the official page. You can also do a portable installation using the offline installer.

Talking about it, download and install Opera Portable and see if it works as should. If so, then most probably there are something on your system preventing Opera from saving its settings or even removing them.

If you run Opera as administrator, does it work?
