This always appears when I restart the PC and start Opera. Why is that?

@muskuloesus That's all? Aren't something more in the message?
It usually appears when Opera goes into a crash loop.

Under all extensions is that I may have installed these extensions without my knowledge. But I was not drunk, nor was I under hypnosis when I clicked the green Istallations button.

Next is there that I should trust the extensions to activate them again.
But should not Opera trust this?

Opera sees that an extension was added by another program on you computer. This could be legitimate - some antivirus and internet security programs do this - or it could be that some other program installed a spyware extension without your permission. Re-enable the ones you want and skip any that you don't remember installing. And if you appear to have two of the same extension, disable and remove both and then reinstall the correct one from the extensions site.

@muskuloesus And the extensions are really disabled? I remember have seen such message even without any extension installed.

It could also be the case that an extension is not longer trusted or available?
