Is there any reason for that?
Can you devs please fix that? Mini is the number 1 missing app on this OSes...
By the way, Opera Browser doesn't work either....For those that don't know what I'm talking about, check these links:

As far as I can see they're both a distributions of Android, so have you actually tried installing Opera Mini for Android on these OSes? You can download it there: http://www.opera.com/download/get/?partner=www&product=android mini&utm_source=(direct)_opera_com&utm_medium=doc&utm_campaign=(direct)_via_opera_com
If they don't start, then I guess it's rather appropriate to report it to those OS developers as it's their job to make a stable platform to run Android applications.

@mbaluta,
Of course I tried to install.
The problem happens when you launch the app.
In the case of opera mini it gets stuck on the logo (with the liquid stuff).
The opera browser actually opens the interface, but when you try to open some webpage, it always fail to connect...The only version of Opera mini that works is version 7, the newest ones don't work.

Notifications from advanced settings, uncheck that and try both compression methods via connection test.

@custdemotest: Thanks for the suggestions, but please take a look at this screenshot: http://s22.postimg.org/i59v9bxep/Screenshot_2016_02_28_04_32_57.png this is where Mini stays forever... I can't enter the interface...
Others browsers like UC mini are working normally.

Hmm, after further research, I found that Opera Mini (v15 & v16 beta) only works with 64bit versions of this OSes (tested with Remix OS, as Phoenix OS doesn't have a 64bit version yet).
Well, at least that's a start...
Let's see how it goes...Cheers.
