Opera asking "Allow inbox.google.com" to open all email links, but won't explain it

I get this popup in my Gmail website, there's a circle with the "i" for information, but clicking it doesn't explain what this question means, as I don't know what saying yes or no would mean! And it won't let Google Mail connect to Google, what is this all about?

@stevencee It's probably asking if you want to have Google Inbox opened when you click on a mailto: link.

@leocg Hmm, usually it will just open a fresh email from my computer's Mac Mail. It's still a bit confusing, I guess I'll just say no, as I don't need anything to change from how it already works, thanks.
