how to move tab bar to bottom

I used the old opera and like this version and got used to it on the bottom and want to be able to do that here, and want to know if someone knows how to do that? It seems that a lot of function and choice that was in opera has disappeared in this new web kit mess. I need help here.

New Opera does not have this feature - yet anyway. If you want to post in the Feature requests section asking for them to add this feature, you can certainly do that (though check to see if it is already requested first - if it is then add your support to the existing request).
