How to disable the automatic scroll up when clicking on the current tab?

Is this a new change on opera beta or did I suddenly become much sillier?
It is extremely annoying.
I didnt find it in the settings

Automatic scroll up? It should show wherever you were - if you've viewed that tab earlier. Otherwise if a field gets focus it should be in view, or if no field is focused then the top of page.

@albiceleste101 It's a new feature and there's no setting to disable it.
For now you can do it in the flags page.

Scroll Active Tab on Click
Allows to scroll on top of a page on the first click on the active tab and restore previous scroll position on the second click

found it, ifanyone else wants it disabled it's on opera://flags
