The new Toolbar UI behavior and its sensitivity is very bad, like motion sensor turns on the light for no reason. On m.facebook.com, the Toolbar UI is going crazy when i scrolling down. And not only that, it doesn't appear when i scroll up a littlebit and it appear after it stops scrolling down
I like the old Toolbar UI behavior and its sensitivity and stability because it is so much better. Google Chrome's Toolbar UI is still doing better like old Opera versions

The toolbar appears whenever the page loads something and has for some time; when you scroll down Facebook loads your older messages (and the associated images and videos) and hence the toolbar. I imagine the same happens on a Flickr photostream or even on a longer thread here.

I'll pipe in about this. I haven't experienced that particular problem, but yes, the toolbar used to work better. Now it's unreachable.
