i am from algeria
i have problem with all browser opera for windows+ android phone+ beta
i cant access for some sites
but when i use other browser like google chrome work and open normal !
please fix bug for your server as soon possible...

Is the ad-blocker enabled? Did you try with it disabled?

It usually means a connection issue or maybe a route issue. Maybe you should contact your ISP.

Your data don't go through any Opera server.

i think i must wait some days maybe isp fix this bug
