Blank icon pinned to start menu

Windows 10 Education x64 fresh install. Last stable Opera fresh install. As you can see at screenshot https://i.imgur.com/GhiVTxX.png Opera has correct icon in the programm list but if I pinned it then icon is blank with white background (even if I change icon size to small). How to fix it?

Don't pin it per se. When Opera is installed it can create a taskbar icon, but the shortcut associated with that icon is not the same one you'd get by pinning the running program to the taskbar. So the best thing to do is reinstall, and when you install click on Advanced to make sure the installer is set to pin it for you.

@sgunhouse, I don't need to pin it to taskbar, I need to pin it to Windows 10 Start screen.
