Unable to Update Clear Sky Chart

According to what I see in Opera, the Clear Sky Chart is currently showing the forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday......and as I write this it is Monday. I can't seem to find what is causing it although it may not be an Opera issue.

OK, here I see the data for Friday, Saturday and Sunday but it happens on all browsers I've tried.

Strange, then. After my above post I checked on my Android tablet - everything was fine. Correct on Opera Developer, Vivaldi and Firefox here on my Win 10 laptop. They (meaning clearsky.com) like US users?
Well, almost correct - showing Monday and Tuesday still. It's already Tuesday here and in Charlottetown, the chart should have updated to show Wednesday. Maybe that's it - it doesn't update after the first time you load it? Yeah ... I'll have to try again in a few hours.

This makes no sense - why are other browsers showing me yesterday's chart? Your host must be caching the image and remembering the IP address. Which means, if I enabled the VPN I should see a different chart, yes? In any case, the issue isn't in Opera but your host, they need to clear cached images after some length of time so that your users can see updated images.

If I go to http://www.cleardarksky.com/c/Charlottetownkey.html I see the data for Tuesday and Wednesday. Also, if I open 'developer's tools' and reload http://sidewalkastronomy.ca/ then the image will be update to show today's and tomorrow's info.

It must be something in Wordpress then, not Opera. Thank you so much for helping guide me through this problem. I am going to disable the Wordpress plugins one by one to see if that has any effect. It will take me a few days for each plugin but that is the only way I can think of to sort out the problem.
Please consider the issue resolved then as it is not an Opera matter.

For the record, I flushed the GoDaddy cache and it made no difference. Thank you again for your time and effort. It is appreciated.
