      Hello,
Is it possible to create a search engine for google for a specific site?
for example, let's say I search a lot in CNN's site and I don't want to keep writing "g site:edition.cnn.com [keyword]". I want the "site:edition.cnn.com" to be included automatically in the search.

      so, is that possible?

        Try:

Click on the Magnifier search icon - Right click on the Search box - Create search engine

That works for almost every search.

You can edit a search engine after creating it, or write the search engine URL yourself in "Manage search engines" (except that you can't edit the search engines that come with Opera). So sure, you can create (new) a Google search that includes a site specifier.

I tried editing the search after creating it but couldn't figure out how to add the "site:" keyword.

The site: keyword seems to be part of the keyword itself.

That is to say, you'd have to do something like replacing the current %s with %s+site:edition.cnn.com - though you might need to replace the colon with some code or other.
