"Your file was not found" error when opening mhtml files.

For some reason, whenever I try to open an mhtml file with Opera, I get a "Your file was not found" error. Opening the file in Chrome or Firefox, on the other hand, works perfectly every time. Does anyone know what could cause such an error, and how to fix it?
EDIT: It turns out that the file had a # sign in its title. For some reason, that doesn't cause any problems when opening it with Chrome or Firefox, but it makes Opera give the "Your file was not found" error message when attempting to open it. Renaming the file allowed Opera to open it.
Is this normal for Opera, or some sort of problem?

I see. It seems like the easiest way to fix it for the time being is just to edit the titles of files that have a # in their name. It seems that it might have a similar issue with several other symbols as well, as I also got errors when trying to open files that had said other symbols.
Thank you for that information.
