I'm using Opera 35 on Windows 7.
For the last few weeks, I've encountered a new problem. I don't know if it started with an Opera update, or with something else (Opera updates automatically, so I don't always realize when it's updated itself). Almost every time I exit Opera and start it back up later, some of the tabs that I had left open when I exited Opera are gone. Sometimes it's about 3 of them, sometimes closer to 10. The missing tabs weren't in a straight row or anything like that. They're just random tabs (say, tabs 5, 8, 13, 14, and 27, for instance). I don't know if this is a bug, or some new feature of opera that closes random tabs to save RAM memory. Either way, I want it to stop. My temporary solution is to save all tabs as a Speed Dial folder every time I close Opera, then go through all of my tabs and the bookmarks in the folder, manually opening all of the tabs that Opera "forgot" to open back up. The weird thing is that if Opera closes unexpectedly due to the electricity going out or crashes for some reason, it usually comes back with all of the tabs. It generally only "loses" tabs when it closes properly.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?
