When dropping Opera NPAPI and Silverlight?

When, Firefox and Google Chrome already been dropped.

Opera is Chrome - or rather, both are Chromium. It's been gone for some time ... unless of course you're on XP or Vista and can't use any version since 38.

I'm on Windows 10 running Opera and Silverlight still working. Have version 45 from Opera.

Where? You are probably mistaken with Flash or HTML5 players.
