Enabling the bittorrent client in Opera

Trying to figure out how to enable the bittorrent client within Opera on a Mac. when I select a torrent I get the error "There is no application to open the URL magnet. I have the option to Choose Application, Cancel or Search App Store. If I choose Opera as the app I get the message "File Not Found".

There hasn't been a torrent client in Opera since version 12.x.

Apparently it is. As I said, there was a torrent client (and a mail client) in 12, but it was lost when they switched to being based on Chromium.

@aleksod correct, that article is wrong (on more than one point). It looks like the journalist didn't actually use Opera before writing the article
