Where to reporting a website problems?

I can't find where to post website problems. Are we posting in the general windows discussions or ?
Also how would I post an image of the problem?

You posted in the correct forum.
"Opera for Windows" = stable Opera version, you can post about anything here including issues.To post an image here you need to use a third-party site like imgur.com, then post the link here or use markdown to display it inline.
Another place to report issues with websites is going directly in the Opera bug report wizard or also in the Chromium project issues tracker if you can reproduce it in Chrome. But please remember extensions may cause rendering issues so disable them for testing before taking this step or if you're in doubt post here in the forums.
