How do I turn off Speed bar So I can use another extension (Leoh) imported from Chrome store?

What is Speed bar? Do you mean the side bar? If so just right click on it click on 'Unfix sidebar' (or something like that).

Go to Start Page settings (click on the icon with slider controls on the top right) and un-check 'Speed Dial'.

Thanks, I did that and you're correct Speed Dial is gone. However, when going to a new page the extension added from extension still does not work even though it is enabled. Just a blank page with Google search. I'd like to see the Leoh extension.

Ah, it's not from the Opera's add-ons page. In this case there is always a chance that it may not work.

leo, if I uncheck Speed Dial (as you suggested above), to test this extension, can I recheck Speed Dial again, if I don't like the extension, without losing all my Speed Dial entries?

It should be possible. However, I don't know how that extension works so I can't say if it may break your SD or not.

Go to Help and back up SD files or create a new profile or make a USB install and test it there.
