Whatsapp keeps crashing opera

Even with the new build in whatsapp feature it still crasehs my entire browser, audio still plays for some reason. But everything just freezes, and I can only stop it by canceling the process as just normally closing it doesn't work. What is a solution to this problem.

I would like to support bover21`s report. I am facing the same issue - fresh install, no extensions, Win10. When I receive a new whatsapp message, my Opera browser (45.0.2552.812 (PGO)) just freeze, only solution is to kill the process via task manager.
