Why is not html5 datalist supported?

it is supported by chrome for android!

What am I supposed to see? Okay, I guess the box has a dropdown in desktop Opera and in Firefox mobile, but while Opera mobile shows an arrow the dropdown is empty.

1. dropdown menu should not be empty.
2. when i write a text, suggest list should not be empty.
