Because you enter wrong login or password? Or you disabled Cookies in your browser? There are many possible reasons.

Correct login and the password, Opera mini doesn't enter, at inclusion of function of extreme compression of a traffic if this function to switch off that Opera mini logs in the account?

Since you indicate there are no problems without compression, how VK secures their login page is most likely the cause due to mismatching supplied session info during login.
I have not used either in a while but remember having these issues, mate. We simply have to disable compression for such websites. Opera would not be able to resolve the problem apart from making the site an exception from its compression by default.

The thing is that I have no problems with logging in into vk.com with both Extreme and High compression mode enabled. If it doesn't work for you, you need to give us more details, because we can't solve a problem we don't see.
Do you see any error message? Can you post a screenshot? Do you have login problems on other pages?

This problem occurs on mobile version of the website m.vk.com, works at the full version of the website vk.com well.
