As said, the audio plays if you change the User Agent to IE's one so it may be the site doing browser sniffing or using a bad code.

Changing the User Agent does not help. I wrote this at the very beginning.

Well, it works here on Win10. Maybe an OS specific issue.

I deleted Flash Player from the device and Opera can not play the radio on this site.

Vivaldi, Yandex-browser can.

Changing the User Agent in Opera to another does not lead to a positive result.

I also checked on Opera (Beta) 45.0.2552.225 and the result is the same.

Without Flash Player Opera can not play the radio on this site.

Hi @temkem, enable the opera:flags#media-windows-mf-demuxer, relaunch the Opera, and see if this helps in your case - it should also solve problems with playing videos encoded with H.264 codec.

I don't have flash but masked as IE works.

Opera Stable

Without Flash Player Opera can not play the radio on this site.

If the site is telling Opera that Flash is needed, there is nothing much that Opera can do.

Do you know what format they use for audio? Maybe it's one not supported?

I beg your pardon. I installed another User-Agent Switcher and now everything works. Apparently that site just does not want to work with Opera in HTML5
