Without Flash Player Opera can not play the radio on this site.

If the site is telling Opera that Flash is needed, there is nothing much that Opera can do.

Do you know what format they use for audio? Maybe it's one not supported?

I don't have flash but masked as IE works.

As said, the audio plays if you change the User Agent to IE's one so it may be the site doing browser sniffing or using a bad code.
