Cant remove speed dial from new tab button please help

As the title states the speed dial is connected to the new tab button i somehow put it there and cant seem to remove it, maybe im crazy but i do not believe it was there when i first installed Opera browser im using Opera 43.0, please tell me how can i remove speed dial from the new tab button.

You can't remove the new tab button and it will always open start page, what includes Speed Dial.

There are extensions that you can use to replace the speed dial, IIRC.

Im not trying to remove the new tab button im trying to remove the speed dial action that i pinned to it >< i have a screenhot how do i attach it on here?

Make Unpin to the Tap

Just Click Right from Mouse in the Tap and Choose Unpin Tap

if didn't Work Go to opera://settings/ and Search ( On startup ) and make it (Open the start page) and Reset the Browser ( Close The Browser and open it again .. )

What do you mean? There is no way to change what the 'new tab' button does.
