Cant seem to enable plugins for opera, i looked through all the settings i see no way to enable plugins, have they been removed from opera like firefox and chrome? cant install java or anything.

As the title states the speed dial is connected to the new tab button i somehow put it there and cant seem to remove it, maybe im crazy but i do not believe it was there when i first installed Opera browser im using Opera 43.0, please tell me how can i remove speed dial from the new tab button.
