The streaming videos on this site have typically worked for me with Opera, but after doing a clean reinstall of Win 10, I'm getting this error video isn't encoded error. Flash player is installed. What am I missing?

The stream I'm trying to watch is https://eversport.tv/big-sky/basketball-womens/2017/3/11/big-sky-championship-idaho-state-vs-montana-state, but that will likely be under the "on demand" tab on the right by the time anyone sees this, so any stream will do. Thanks,

I should add that I'm using 44 beta, but doubt it's specific to that.

The PPAPI one? Also, do you have VPN and/or Turbo enabled by chance?
