You should start a new thread for this ... however ... Opera only supports OS profiles. If two users use the same Windows profile, then they have the same Opera profile. If they have separate logins for Windows then they have separate profiles.

This is a bit like saying that bookmarks when sync should go in an "other bookmark", one folder per computer...

Well, it has been discussed since sync was introduced. Some people prefer to have the same Speed Dial on all devices and some others prefer to have different ones at home and at work or in desktop and on mobile.

Opera had to choose a side.

Too bad Opera mobile does not exist on windows phone ^^

In fact it does not even exist on iOS, only on android phones...
