VPN not providing options

When i have vpn tuned on it doesn´t give me option window anymore when i click on VPN in address bar. so i cannot choose country or see data usage. any fix?

Settings > Privacy and Security > Clean browsing data > check 'third part data'.

VPN feature is not available in some places. Doesn't seem to be related to your case since you can enable the VPN in settings.
