Flash Player loaded but will not run

Hi!
I'm using Opera Developer 43.0.2403.0 on Windows 10 on a 64bit computer.
I've loaded the latest flash payer (23) and Opera tells me it is loaded okay, the plug in says it's there. When I run a flash video I get the Flash screen come up but nothing happens. Right clicking on it give me to option to "run the app" but still nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Is it the right type of plugin (PPAPI, not NPAPI)?

Known issues

Plugins do not work on Windows 10. We are working on that.

Thanks that seems to answer my problem and is quite a relief - I thought I was missing something obvious.
It used to wor okay so is there a way I can go back to a previous version of Opera Developer? Is there an address that I can load it from?
