So I'm just checking out opera again and I like the built in ad-block. It's also nice that you can add custom block lists. I searched these forums and the opera folder in my library on information on what lists are used by default, but couldn't find anything. Where can I obtain this information?

        AFAIK Opera uses Easylist format.

Yeah, but that wasn't the question. I am interested in which block lists are in use at the moment, and where I can check them out, not what format they have. If I want to add my own I need to be able to check if there is any redundancy.

It would also be neat if we could just use our own block lists and disable all opera lists completely as alternative.

There's an adblocker file in profile folder. Maybe you can check it to see if you find some info.

As mentioned, that's what I did before posting here. The adblock-data folder only contains the list you add yourself. The adblocker-rules.json file supposedly contains the blocked elements but it's pretty much unreadable. I wonder if there is something else.

Somewhere was told that Opera internal adblocker uses just Easylist.

Ahhh, that's interesting, thank you. If that's true I can adapt accordingly. Does anyone happen to know the source of this info? Because I couldn't find it in the blog announcements. Or maybe I just missed it.....

It's in the comments. Maybe it's not that easy to find.
