[Solved] Opera cookie problem, still

I am running Opera 39.0 When I am on youtube i get the error message ( look at image) My cookies are enabled. This happens when I try to reply or if I try to sign in. I ahve asked this questions a few months ago I still have this problem.

Try cleaning cookies and cache.

I did any this is not the first time I did it. It was working fine a few months ago. I even tried reinstalling, WTF
happened? If there are any other ideas please let me know.

Are you using any extension that may be interfering? I would try with a portable version, so it's totally clean, and see what happens there.

Portable version works. On my regular opera I tried disabling all the extensions and still has problems

Then probably a corrupted profile is causing the issue.
