VPN not connecting

Hi

I just downloaded Opera developer a couple of days ago. I am currently in Gabon, Africa. The VPN has never connected, not even once. I wonder if it is because of my location, or if the VPN is just not working.

Can anyone help me to get it connected please?

I know Opera 38 only uses the VPN with a private window, haven't had a reason to try it in 39 yet ...

System parameters - Windows 8.1 64-bit

Using a Wifi connection.

He means, is it a cable wifi, a cellular system, etc. How does your connection get from the router to your ISP?

Yes it is a cable wife, with fiber optics.
