These Domains/IPs are the Opera servers dealing with data compression (Opera Turbo or OffRoad) reducing traffic.
Especially for the Opera Mini browser. -

91.203.96.95 is not related with the host mentioned on the same line. What I really want to know is from where are these servers? What I mean is how come these servers are related functional with Android or any other app which can run on this platform. It feels like a monkey business.
