The website looks terrible on Android, as it doesn't adjust for the viewport width properly. Not sure about Windows yet ...

It seems OK here. Looks he same in Opera, Chrome and Edge.

I was expecting a spammer - still do, actually - but the site looks bad on both Opera for Android and Firefox for Android - if loaded in Portrait orientation. In Landscape, Firefox does okay while Opera needs help. But if he meant Android he posted in the wrong place.

Looks fine here using Opera 38.0 on Windows however in Opera for Android it looks awful, I also tried Google Chrome for Android and it looked exactly the same as it did in Opera. So I have to conclude this isn't an Opera issue, the website simply isn't properly optimized for mobile.

EDIT 1: I want to clarify I tested on an Android smart phone, not a tablet.

looks fine on 39 dev, at least if you are about elements
but overall style sucks
