Pull down to reload doesn't work properly

As you can see from video I can pull down how many times I wanna, the page is still NOT reloading. It works only after clicking on reload icon at the top right corner.

That doesn't mean it's working properly. It happens to me regularly... Tried cleard all data abd cache from menu-settings-apps-opera beta but didn't help.

My point was if you try to disable Turbo we might discover and that results in a more complete bug report.

In some cases both methods for page reload doesn't work especially when the page loading process is stopped before fuul load.

I didn't stop pahe loading. It just did not load properly so I tried to reload but nothing
