That doesn't mean it's working properly. It happens to me regularly... Tried cleard all data abd cache from menu-settings-apps-opera beta but didn't help.

My point was if you try to disable Turbo we might discover and that results in a more complete bug report.

In some cases both methods for page reload doesn't work especially when the page loading process is stopped before fuul load.

I didn't stop pahe loading. It just did not load properly so I tried to reload but nothing
