Opera 37 not buffering videos

I dont use chrome but the videos buffer just fine in firefox.

FF doesn't use Chromium. The ideia is to compare with a Chromium based browser to see if it's a Chromium behaviour.

BTW, does it happens on all videos? Both Flash based ones and html5 ones?

The same issue happens with chrome as well and it doesnt matter if its html5 or flash

Probably a Chromium issue then. Disabling hardware acceleration makes any difference?

Any extensions being used? What about anti-virus?

Extensions used are: Ghostery, Ad guard adblocker, FVD video downloader, and ImprovedTube - youtube extension. Anti virus in use is avast free. Aside frome youtube, this issue happens on all pages.

Have you tried with extensions disabled? if needed, check also with anti-virus disabled.

Are Turbo or VPN enabled?

Try a standalone installation of Opera and see if it also happens there.

Nope, just a standalone install was enough.

What I actually did was performed the standalone install over an extisting installation which upgraded opera.
