In Opera 38 the issue persists.

Even on a fresh install the problem persists.

What I actually did was performed the standalone install over an extisting installation which upgraded opera.

It seems the issue persists in the standalone version as well. Or was I meant to un/reinstall?

Still happens with everything disabled. I do not use turbo or vpn either.

Extensions used are: Ghostery, Ad guard adblocker, FVD video downloader, and ImprovedTube - youtube extension. Anti virus in use is avast free. Aside frome youtube, this issue happens on all pages.

Not a noticable difference.

The same issue happens with chrome as well and it doesnt matter if its html5 or flash

I dont use chrome but the videos buffer just fine in firefox.

As the title implies opera 37 will not let videos b6ffer while they play. It is really irritating having a video stop and start while rarely playing through without issue. Ive got hardware acceleration disabled but that did nothing. Is there anything I can do to remedy this?
