Agree, I am aware there used to be (or is supposed to be) an option for that but now it doesn't exists/works, and now it's really annoying to click tabs.
Why does opera insist of making it's browser worse?

@tori-ko Clear your browser cache (cookies and site settings, mainly) and make sure you have fully signed out of Opera Synch then restart your browser before signing in to Opera Synch again.

Signing out then in again worked for me.

sidebar feature request suggestion

@gilly95 Most web UIs have the navigation, or tools on the left side. I constantly have my mouse to that side to use them and then the sidebar appears and i have to wait for it to go away. TravingView for example.

Hit Windows key + r to open the run dialog, type:
explorer "%AppData%\Opera Software"
Then, repeat for:
explorer "%LocalAppData%\Opera Software"
In each of those folders, delete the "Opera Developer" folder if present. Then, right-click the "Opera Stable" folder, choose "copy". Then, right-click in a blank spot in the "Opera Software" folder and choose "paste" to paste a copy as "Opera Stable - Copy". Then, rename the "Opera Stable - Copy" folder to "Opera Developer.

Then, when you start Opera One, it'll use whatever it can of the copy of the Opera 94 profile.
