How in the World do I get a new tab to open (same window) upon tapping link in original window? Aagh! Thanks.

I have had a Mac Air 2015, and recently bought a Mac Air 2020.
In setting up the 2020, most, but Not all, bookmarks synced great.
How do I import or export the Exact bookmarks from the 2015 to the 2020?
All the Help topics I've looked through Opera on, are only about importing/exporting from a different browser.
