Three Options
You must Update opera GX to his current version. Have a Glary Utilites 5 (Or gx cleaner) and clean you messy computer Go to gx control and disable all the settings.
If it doesn't work then i don't it is....

I would try to reset sync again.
Option to show Twitch on sidebar doesn't exist
