  Okay. This just got fixed in Opera Developer 117. Not sure when it'll be in Opera Stable and then Opera GX, but the issue is known at least.

  @leocg Yes sir/ma'am, I have. As put in my above reply, to reiterate, I have checked all control panel functions for audio and exclusive control of audio. To include more, I have looked into my normal windows settings as much as I could. It's alright if there is no clear answer to it, I was hoping that there just might be some setting I'm missing for media.

  Edit: I have no extensions that control audio as well
