What you just told me gives me no real information as why the problem occurs or how to solve it. "Same Opera installation already sent a similar crash report" I have no clue what that is.

Whenever I alt + click to close multiple tabs quickly, after closing 2-3 tabs my Opera GX is guaranteed to crash
